KIB’s clients greatly appreciate the quality of our services.
In a recent opinion poll of KIB’s clients, 93% of respondents said they consider our bank’s services “better” or “much better” than competing banks. However, we don’t stop there.
Our survey’s goal was to measure client satisfaction; it consisted of questions regarding all fields of KIB’s operations and all areas of our clients’ cooperation with the Bank’s managers and technologies. Based on this research, the main priorities for our efforts to continually improve the quality of our services have been determined. We undertake these actions not just for one-time corrections or measurements, but as an integral part of our persistent goal to improve KIB’s service quality. On our website, every client of KIB may fill in a feedback form, giving us their suggestions, not only about our website, but on all the workings of the Bank as a whole. The opinions of our clients are very important to us. We hope that close cooperation with our clients will allow us all to achieve better results. This is the idea behind our KIB corporate slogan: “Client and Bank. Together we can do more!”
