Cash management

KIB carries out the opening and maintenance of accounts both for individuals and legal entities, and performs payments according to their instructions either in tenge or foreign currency.

Payments requested by clients are performed on the basis of account balances.

The bank maintains client funds in accounts, handles the transfer and withdrawal of funds according to client instructions, accepts deposits, pays interest on deposits, and accepts and disburses funds and undertakes other banking operations according to the legislation currently in effect in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Foreign currency operations:

• Performance of international payments through the SWIFT system;
• Tracking clients’ international payments upon request, and changing payment instructions upon client request;
• Documentary forms of settlement;
• Acceptance of payment documents in foreign currencies;
• Withdrawal of foreign currency from an account for traveling allowance according to the effective legislation of Kazakhstan;
• Qualified assistance in resolving complicated matters of currency regulations.

Cash desk service:

• Cash withdrawals and deposits;
• Preliminary preparation of money for payment of salary and other expenses upon notes from the organizations and companies;
• Exchange of banknotes of small denomination to banknotes with bigger denomination, replacement of worn out banknotes, verification of banknotes authenticity, exchange of banknotes to coins and coins to banknotes.

Bank guarantees confidentiality of information on client’s accounts according to the laws of Kazakhstan save for limitations specified by such laws.

KIB writes off commission payments for bank services from client’s accounts according to the approved tariffs acceptance free.
