In Almaty:

Specialist of IT Help Desk   
   
Responsibilities:

  • Unlock Active Directory user's accounts;
  • Installation, configuration and maintenance of workstations hardware;
  • Installation, configuration and maintenance of workstations operating system;
  • Support for general applications ( Office, Internet Browsers & etc);
  • Support for special applications ( Core System Application , Nakyp, Paragraph, SONO and etc);
  • End -user support;
  • IT fixed assets inventory;
  • Software assets inventory

IT Help Desk ( KIB Online support):

  • Issue /reissue of permanent customer security certificate ( onsite only);
  • Installation of permanent customer security certificate ( onsite only);
  • Revocation of initial customer security certificate ( onsite only);
  • Customer users training;
  • Remote customer support;
  • Onsite customer support

 Requirements:

  • Higher technical/ IT education;
  • One year experience on the same positions;
  • Basic knowledge: Kazakh language;
  • Knowledge of technical English

Risk Management Department Junior Specialist 

Requirements:

  • Education: At least Bachelor Degree
  • Fluent in English
  • Experienced PC User
  • Responsible, able to work under tight deadlines

Experience: is not required, however experience in banking sector (Risk Management) is preferable

Credit analyst 

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiations of pricing and documentation with customers
  • Evaluation and analysis of corporate customer’s business, financial statements and cash flows
  • Providing financial advisory services to customers
  • Preparation and presentation of credit packages to the bank credit committee for approval
  • Regular monitoring of customers businesses and financial performance including office and plant visits
  • Industry analysis and development of industry marketing strategies
  • Coordination of client relationship with middle and back office functions, including execution of documents, loan disbursements etc.
  • Involvement in development of new products and process development
  • Involvement in development and evolution of risk management policies

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in either banks, audit firms, securities companies, investment banks, insurance companies, pension funds and legal entities
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting and financial statements
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English

Executive Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Work with daily correspondence;
  • Administrative support to Managing Directors;
  • Minutes of the meetings;
  • Implementation of routine administrative tasks such as docu menting purchase order, provision by the stationery;
  • Translate contracts, supplemental agreements and other documents;
  • Conducts timesheets on Management.


Requirements:

  • Higher education
  • 1-3 years related work experience in administrative sphere is required (Experience in multinational company would be a plus).
  • Experience in translation / interpretation, business writing skills
  • English– advanced (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills
  • Ability to work with large amounts of information, set priorities
  • Flexibility, ability to learn fast
  • Positive and helpful attitude towards colleagues, clients
     

Relationship Manager ( Corporate Banking) 

Responsibilities:

  • Discussion and the analysis of requirements of the client and preparation of the demand for reception of bank financing
  • Contact to the client on reception of the necessary information and the documentation for formation of a package of documents on financing reception
  • Reception full and the trustworthy information necessary for an estimation of business of the client and accompanying risks
  • The analysis of the financial reporting and definition of credit status of the client for information granting on Credit Committee
  • Control over correctness of filling and timeliness of granting by the client of all documents necessary for formation of the credit file
  • Coordination of work with Department of credit administration, Legal department, and, if necessary, with other divisions of Bank;
  • Execution of decisions of Credit Committee
  • Work on return of problem loans;

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience on the same position in Banking area;
  • Higher education: Finance, Economics
  • Advanced level of English;
  • Good knowledge of credit analysis and /or risk management;
  • Leadership, Analytical skills, Organizational skills.

Head of Collection

Responsibilities:

  • Organization and control of work on all stages on credit delays;
  • Analysis  of work results
  • Improvement of work results
  • Participation to develop of procedures,internal regulation, etc

Requirements:

  • Higher education (Economics, Finance, etc)
  • 3-5 years of experience in  either banks on the same position in Collection or Managing position in Corporate, Product, etc
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English
  • Leadership, Strong Analytical and communication skills

Credit analyst

Responsibilities:

Head of Compliance Unit

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Compliance strategy
  • Develop and approve Country Compliance Program
  • Assist in documentation and approval of specific Compliance policies at BU level
  • Provide support , guidance, clarification and consultation on Compliance related issues to all staff
  • Participate and scrutinize recurring Compliance processes (for example:  Compliance monitoring and assessment, etc.)
  • Review, standardize and approve Compliance documentation (such as KYC forms, AML report, Compliance risk assessment grids, etc.)
  • Initiate, participate and support  development of IT programs, systems, designed for Compliance monitoring/reporting
  • Ensure consolidation and synergy between external and internal Compliance reporting/requirements
  • Regular random sampling of internal documentation for compliance with Compliance policies/Compliance risk assessment grids
  • Conduct and organize regular Compliance training for KIB staff

Requirements:

  • 3  years  relevant banking experience on the same position
  • Fluent English
  • Advanced PC User

Head of IT Audit 
 
Responsibilities:

  • Management of IT Audit unit
  • Implementation and development of policies of information security
  • Business process implementation

Requirements:

  • Experience of division head or deputy division head for at least 3 years
  • Overall banking experience – not less than 5 years (Internal Audit)
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English

Cashier
 
Responsibilities:

  • Conducting of cash operations

Requirements:

  • 2  years  banking experience on the same position
  • Knowledge of all types of cash operations
  • Knowledge of various types currency
  • Advanced PC User  

In Atyrau:

  • Education Degree or MSc in Finance / Marketing
  • Knowledge of market of Western region (Atyrau)
  • Communicability, negotiating skills
  • Ability to self-development, purposefulness
  • Ability work both in team and independently
  • More than 2 years experience on similar position
  • Fluent English 
  • Knowledge of Kazakh language is a desirable
