Erbolat has been a close business associate of Nurlan Kapparov, they worked together in the Accept Group. Having graduated from the Almaty Energy Institute in 1992, Erbolat has held various executive positions in the corporate sector in Kazakhstan including Deputy Chairman of Turan Alem Bank and Chairman of Almaty Merchant Bank. Erbolat also held the position of Minister of Health Care for Kazakhstan from April 2004 to September 2006.
Darkhan started his career in JSC “Kazkommertsbank”. He has held various leadership positions in the JSC “Foundation for support of small business”, JSC “Eximbank Kazakhstan" and LLP"Roller", currently holds the position of Director of Business Development “Stoneburry International”, Ltd. Darkhan Maratovich holds a Masters of Science degree in International Banking and Finance from the University of Soutgempton.
Sunil Nair
Sunil started his career in McKinsey & Co., New York, USA in 1995 as consultant before he moved to Citigroup/Salomon Smith Barney, New York, USA in 1997 and later joined Citi Venture Capital International as Managing Director. He obtained his Bachelor and Master degrees in Commerce from University of Madras and later Master in Economics from University of Milan and his MBA from Yale University (USA).
Michael Harold Taylor
Mike started his career at Barclays Bank, when joined EBRD he held various senior positions being responsible for Eastern Europe and mostly CIS countries region having significant exposure to projects in Russia, Ukraine, Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan. Being 12 years with European Bank, Mike is now in charge of EBRD equity investments and operations in a number of banks in Russia, Central Asia and the Balkans. Mike holds Bachelor degree from Bristol University.
Kadita Tshibaka
Kadita ‘AT’ Tshibaka has over 33 years of experience in Citibank undertaking a variety of senior positions in their Operations, Credit, FI, Treasury, Corporate Banking, and Country Management teams. Afterwards AT joined Lloyds TSB being responsible for all aspects of risk management within the Wholesale and International Banking Division and later holding position of Executive Vice-President and Country Manager, USA. AT currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Opportunity Loan Guarantee Fund, and as member of the Board of Governors, and of the President’s Council, of Opportunity International. He obtained his Bachelor of Economics degree from Dartmouth College (USA) and his MBA from Amos Tuck School of Business Administration, Dartmouth College, N.H.
