Erbolat Dossaev

Erbolat Dossaev has been a close business associate of Nurlan Kapparov, they worked together in the Accept Group. Having graduated from the Almaty Energy Institute in 1992, Mr. Dossaev has held various executive positions in the corporate sector in Kazakhstan including Deputy Chairman of Turan Alem Bank and Chairman of Almaty Merchant Bank. Erbolat Dossaev also held the position of Minister of Health Care for Kazakhstan from April 2004 to September 2006.

Darkhan Botabayev
 
Darkhan Botabayev started his career in JSC “Kazkommertsbank”. He has held various leadership positions in the JSC “Foundation for support of small business”, JSC “Eximbank Kazakhstan" and LLP "Roller", currently holds the position of Director of Business Development “Stoneburry International”, Ltd. Darkhan Maratovich holds a Masters of Science degree in International Banking and Finance from the University of Soutgempton.

Julian Healy
 
Julian Healy has worked in senior positions in «Fleming Investment Management Limited» and «JP Morgan Fleming Investment Management Limited», London, UK. Also he worked as the head of direct investments department in the EBRD in London and the member of the board of directors of CCS, Mora Moravia. At this time, Julian Healy is a partner of Quorum Investments in London and a member of the supervisory board of Unibank, Unileasing, Jadranka Hotels. Mr. Healy has a Bachelor degree in «Modern Languages» of Cambridge University.

Amardeep Singh

From 1992 to 1998 he held various positions at Citibank, India. From 1999 to 2009 he served as vice president of Citibank - CVCI, London, 2010 and he is currently Director of Citibank - CVCI, London. Amardeep Singh has served as a board member of investment committees and financial institutions: from 2007 to present Member of the Board of Directors «Amoun» Pharmaceutical Company SAE, Egypt, from 2008 to present Member of the Board of Directors «Liorco Investment Limited» (a holding company for Ukrainian pharmaceutical distributor BaDM). Mr. Amardeep Singh graduated from the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad in 1992 and has a Business Administration degree.

Kadita Tshibaka

Kadita ‘AT’ Tshibaka has over 33 years of experience in Citibank undertaking a variety of senior positions in their Operations, Credit, FI, Treasury, Corporate Banking, and Country Management teams. Afterwards AT joined Lloyds TSB being responsible for all aspects of risk management within the Wholesale and International Banking Division and later holding position of Executive Vice-President and Country Manager, USA. AT currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Opportunity Loan Guarantee Fund, and as member of the Board of Governors, and of the President’s Council, of Opportunity International. He obtained his Bachelor of Economics degree from Dartmouth College (USA) and his MBA from Amos Tuck School of Business Administration, Dartmouth College, N.H.
